One 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage or Yoga Therapy Massage

A nourishing and healthy way to experience relief from everyday soreness, tightness, headaches, and stress, Therapeutic Massage utilizes techniques found in both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage while using a more targeted approach that is supportive to soothe acute or chronic injuries, healing, and returning balance to the body. The Yoga Therapy practitioner uses hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points on the energy lines, together with gentle stretching, muscle and tissue manipulation, and applied assisted yoga postures. The session is done fully clothed on the floor with props and bolsters. Please wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict any movements, like you would for an active athletic activity. If you have them, flexible garments, like stretchy yoga attire, work really well.
